COVID-19 has affected us all and threw unforeseen challenges our way. Examining our own well-being in all its aspects is more important now than ever, with parameters changing and widespread uncertainty about the future.
This interactive workshop creates a safe online space in which we examine what well-being means. In the first half we explore different types of well-being (physical, mental and emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual) and understand key concepts about how our brains work. After a short break, we engage in practical exercises around perspective, control and our individual strengths. Active participation is encouraged but not obligatory. The workshop lasts between two and a half and three hours. The maximum number of participants is 15.
If you would like this workshop tailored to your institution or to a group of friends, please get in touch.
